Privacy Policy

This website is owned and operated by Axxelus. Our website gathers certain types of information from website visitors (like you) for marketing, website optimization, and potential sales rep recruitment purposes. We are dedicated to protecting your data privacy. This page provides a broad overview of the information we collect, how we collect it, how it is used, and how we protect your data.

What Information Does Axxelus Collect and How Is It Collected?

Axxelus collects the following information about website visitors:

  • User-Submitted Information. At various points of the Axxelus website, you may find forms asking for information such as your name, company affiliation, phone number, email address etc. in return for access to various resources. We may also collect payment information from companies participating in our contract sales services.
  • Web Browser Meta Data. In addition to user-submitted information, our website passively collects aggregated tracking information through browser cookies and tracking codes on various web pages. This “meta data” includes things like what pages you have visited, when you visited those pages, links you have clicked on, forms you have filled out, etc. This data helps us track website visitor activity throughout the site and optimize the browsing experience.

How Does Axxelus Use the Collected Data?

Axxelus uses the data submitted by you and other website visitors in its marketing efforts to reach interested parties. This includes:

  • Companies Looking for Sales Reps. Using collected data, we may reach out to organizations and individuals within them to promote our services as a contract sales organization (CSO) or provide further information and resources.
  • Sales Reps Looking for Work. We may use the data of potential sales representatives to add to our list of people to contact about part- or full-time contract sales work. Applicants will be subjected to a vetting process prior to being introduced to clients. As a part of this process, Axxelus may conduct a background check on the individual.

Data collected by Axxelus will not be sold a third party. Some information may be shared as a part of specific processes—such as introducing a client to a new sales representative.

Third party tools, such as HubSpot, may be used to collect data, which will be subject to the privacy policies of those third parties.

Can I Have Axxelus Delete My Data?

Additionally, if you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing lists, you can do so here.
